For the attention of Mr. /Mrs. ….;
The daily capacities of the wrought iron production machines, which we mentioned before, are written. Some machines should be bought two or three in number to set up an integrated facility in the way that you think. When the machine course is completed in the base of the machines that we advise, your daily production capacity will be 4-5 tons/days.
Our recommendation for the facility mentioned is given below.

• Automatic Bending Machine:   3 items
• With 3 automatic bending machines, you can bend all materials from 6*6 to 16*16 and all filled materials from 10*3 to 50*10 cold. You can also bend filled materials from 20*20 to 30*30 hot.
• If an example is needed, an automatic bending machine and a person can produce 8000 C or S per day.

• Automatic Profile Rolling Machine:   1 item
• With automatic profile rolling machine, you can roll and forge filled items from 10*3 mm. to 50*10 mm., from 8*8 mm. to 30*30 mm. cold.
• You can forge all box profiles from 20*20 mm. to 100*100 mm., from 20*30 to 50*80 mm. minimum 1.5 mm from their corner .
• If an example is needed, an automatic profile rolling machine and two people can forge 1000 length 40*40*1.5mm box profile from corners. Or 18-20 tons can be rolled and forged from 40*10 metal sheet.
• You can also roll straps in clamp making.

• Circle-Curled-Basket Machine:    1 item.
• With Circle-Curled-Basket machine, all the irons from 8 mm. to 16 mm., all square irons from 8*8 mm to 16*16 and all flats from 12*6 mm. to 16*8 mm. can be made circle or rib.
• While making ribs, you can make ribs on any place of a 6 m. metal sheet or square.
• If an example is needed, a circle-curled-basket machine and a person can make 7500 12 cm. diameters circles. Yet, a second process should be followed for cutting and straightening these circles.

• Cold Crushing Machine:   1 item
• It is used in cold crushing of the tip of the flats from 10*3mm to 12*6 mm.
• Daily Capacity: with one person, it can crush both sides of 8000 irons cold.

• Hot Crushing Machine:    1 item
• It is used in hot crushing of the tip of the flats from 10*3mm to 12*6 mm.
• Daily Capacity: with one person, it can crush both sides of 8000 irons hot.
• Why hot crushing? The iron we bought as strump was broken during bending. To save the irons, we should first heat them and then bend them again so that we would save them.

• LPG Furnace:    1 item (as a precaution)
• It works with LPG, and it fits to natural gas.
• The furnace has a gas consumption as much as a lighter or the pilot fire of a water heater.
• Its heating capacity is around 400oC.
• Automatic Bowed Balcony Shaping Machine:   2 items
• It is used in balcony and window bows.
• It shapes and bends filled 8*8 mm to 30*30 mm cold.
• It cuts materials until 40*10 mm serially one by one or automatically.
• Per day, one person can make 750-1000 standard balcony and window bows.

• Painting Unit:   1 item
• With painting unit, you can paint all of your daily production in a short time.

• Forging Hammer:   1 item
• It is not in our production right now. Yet, a 60 kg. forging hammer is needed for this integrated facility.

• Hydraulic Press (200 tons):   1 item
• Hydraulic press can make different works. If example is needed; 2 people can produce 1500 spears which are heated in the furnace and whose tips are sharpened with forging hammer; or any kind of metal sheets can be cut in 5000 with one person or these cut 5000 metal sheets can be shaped.

• Hydraulic Press (120 tons):   1 item
• It is used not to make the hydraulic press above busy.

•  Clamp cutting and bending mould:   1 team
• It is used in the supply of clamps of motif irons that you produce daily.

• Basket Machine and Mould:   1 item
• With basket machine and mould, two people can make 1000 baskets in one day.
• With the machine mentioned, 6-10-12-14-16-20 baskets can be made.

The machines whose daily capacities are written above are listed below as a table. For their prices, please contact with us.

The delivery date of the machines above is 50-60 days. With the definite order, 50 % of the total price will be taken in cash, and the rest will be taken after the machines are active. Information, course and support will be given to your personnel for 10 days about the working of the machines. Except for the electrical parts, the mechanical parts are guaranteed by our company for one year.
